Philanthropic Activities
The TLC Foundation for Children is supported by Timber Lake Camp, Timber Lake West, Tyler Hill Camp, North Shore Day Camp & School, Hampton Country Day Camp, Southampton Racquet Club & Camp, its full-time employees and the Jacobs Family.
The TLC Foundation is a 501C-3 not-for-profit foundation dedicated to promoting the health, education, welfare and betterment of children throughout the world. Begun in the mid-1980s, The TLC Foundation has donated in excess of $4.5 million to worthy causes.

In addition, as a participant in the American Camping Association's Heal The Children Program, founded by Jay Jacobs, The TLC Family of Camps (Timber Lake, Timber Lake West, Tyler Hill, North Shore Day Camp & School, Hampton Country Day Camp and Southampton Racquet Club & Camp) now accept at no charge more than 16 children who lost their parents in the September 11th, 2001 tragedy.
